Vaporeon OC: Storm ref

This is a ref of my new vaporeon OC, her name is Storm. She is Rain's half sister. (Rain and Storm had the same mother but a different father).

Storm's description: Storm looks like a regular vaporeon only she has a light blue under belly. She also has light blue paws. The end of Storm's tail is light blue, the the tips go to medium blue then to a pale blue. She also has a light blue rain drop mark on her forehead. (It's lighter than Rain's). She has a medium blue and teal collar with a light blue rain drop charm on it.

Honestly I think this is the most complex ref I've ever made.
