I adopted her from LunaEclipsa

I made some changes to the adopt

Mona is also an outsider. She is basically second in command, if Zelenia is away doing something or busy, she'll leave Mona in charge and Mona is really loyal to Zelenia and will always listen and obey her.

Mona's description: Moon looks like a shiny umbreon only she is a navy blue color instead of grey. She also has a periwinkleish color underbelly and darker blue paws with designs on the legs. She also has hair that starts out navy blue then goes to dark blue. She has lighter blue freckles on her cheeks. She has a blue moon necklace and a chain necklace. She also has a multi blue colored bow with poka dots on her right ear.
